Jon will aim to outline the basics ideas behind mindfulness – and will be discussing how might mindfulness might help therapists work more calmly, confidently, and effectively – and how embodying mindfulness might result in happier, healthier clients and therapists, and more successful relationships.
The two short introductory workshops, ‘An Introduction to Mindfulness for Bodyworkers’ will include experiential sessions and group discussions.
